What to Expect
|
|
1) Our investigations generally last 6 hours or more in length and will likely go into the late hours of the night. We also require no indoor smoking and noise level at a minimum to include additional visitors.

|
2) Our Case Manager or one of our Lead Investigators will contact you as soon as possible to discuss any details and schedule a date and time of our investigation.
|
|
3) Upon the arrival of our team, we will introduce ourselves and ask you to give a tour of the home and to go over where activity is occurring.
|
|
4) Our team will then begin setting up our equipment as well as taking measurements, which may take an hour or more. During this time, a member may ask additional questions.
|
|
5) The investigation will begin in which the team will either remain together or split up into teams, starting with each room. It is important to note that noise level is generally the biggest factor that may contaminate any potential evidence.

6) Once the investigation is complete, our team reviews the many hours of audio and video recordings gathered from the investigations, which includes an entire analysis of potential evidence. Please understand that while we would prefer to have this completed much sooner, this process generally takes at least 2 weeks to go through. However, we will maintain contact with you to keep you updated regardless of how much or how little we may have found.

7) Once any evidence is disclosed to you, we can discuss what we believe may be occurring based on our findings and answer any questions that you may have.
